Refund policy

At MINK we strive for perfection and innovate as leaders to bring the best experience and products to you. We have created our products, with you, the client in mind - that is why we are sure you will love our products as much as we do! 

If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase we are more than happy to honour a full refund within 14 days of the sale. The product must be returned in a saleable condition, unused and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. 

Prior to making a return you must send a return request by emailing orders@mink.ie with your order number and reason for returning the product and our team will be happy to assist you.

Due to the nature of our products, we reserve the right to refuse returns if the product has been opened or used. In such a case the product may be returned to you and no monetary refund will be processed. 

EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer in the EU, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, in line with applicable EU consumer rights legislation.

You can submit a withdrawal request online using the “Withdraw from contract here”.

After submitting your request, you will receive confirmation by email. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed in line with our returns policy and applicable consumer rights requirements.

Some products may be treated differently under the withdrawal rules. If you have any questions about a specific item, please contact us before submitting your request.
