We kindly ask for 24-hours notice in these instances, to help us give all our customers the very best in client care, and ensure our therapists can provide the full treatment for you on the day.

24 hours are required to cancel or amend an appointment.If you fail to show for an appointment (without any prior notice given), a 100% cancellation charge will be applied before the close of business that day.
A card is required to book.
Your card details are required and held securely when making your appointment to secure the time and date, you won't be charged unless you no-show.
No-shows are charged in full.
